SSTC NRS Directorate and Heads of SSTC structural subdivisions demonstrate, through personal example, the intolerance to any form of corruption at all levels and assure the awareness of all employees and counterparts of anticorruption policy.
SSTC NRS exercises the principle of intolerance (“zero tolerance” principle) to any form of corruption in the course of day-to-day activity, including the interaction with the counterparts, representatives of the government and public authorities, political parties, SSTC NRS employees and other persons.
SSTS NRS aims:
to minimize the risk of SSTS NRS and its employees involvement in the corrupt business practices regardless the occupied position;
to form for the employees, counterparts and other persons common understanding of SSTC NRS policy of intolerance to any forms and demonstrations of corruption.
SSTS NRS performs periodic monitoring to reveal, consider and evaluate the corruption risks typical for SSTC activity in general and in particular for separate directions.
SSTS NRS contributes to the upgrading of anticorruption policy level by informing its employees with regard to SSTS NRS anticorruption policy.
SSTS NRS organizes specific (target) training. This training involves the employees that occupy certain positions and fulfill functions with high degree of corruption risks or take part in certain anticorruption activity. The training goal is to train each employee to master anticorruption methods and obtain the experience of practical use of anticorruption legislation and procedures.
