Krystsina Usheva, representative of the Institute for Nuclear Problems of Belarusian State University (BSU), started her training in the State Scientific and Technical Center for Nuclear and Radiation Safety (SSTC NRS). The tutoring will take about two month and will be held in the Nuclear Installation Neutronic Processes Department. Krystsina Usheva is going to master using of DYN3D computer code.
“We prepared a comprehensive and interesting tutoring program”, - commented Iurii Ovdiienko, Head of the Nuclear Installation Neutronic Processes Department, SSTC NRS.
The representative of the scientific and research establishment will get familiar with SSTC NRS experience in the development of computer models for DYN3D programs, peculiarities of the computer analysis, stationary modes of operation, transients and emergency processes of VVER reactors, etc. “Besides, we will accompany Krystsina in performing a wide range of neutronic calculations envisaged by the tutoring program”, Iurii added.
Krystsina Usheva is confident that the tutoring will be successful. According to her words, it will help to establish business contacts and increase efficiency of her work in future.
